Privacy Policy

All-Telecoms (YandCCC (Pty) Ltd) · Last updated: 6 November 2026 (cookies section added)

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Who we are

All-Telecoms is a trading name of YandCCC (Pty) Ltd, a South African bulk SMS company, 166 Lands End Drive, Mossel Bay, 6511, South Africa. Information Officer: Chris Schlebusch, sales@all-telecoms.co.za.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

We do not sell personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run our business (for example SMS network partners, hosting, accounting, payment and email providers, and social media and advertising platforms), under confidentiality, and only as needed. Some of these providers, including artificial intelligence tools we use to help prepare replies and marketing material, may process information outside South Africa; we only use providers bound by adequate data protection laws or agreements, as POPIA requires. Client message data is hosted in South Africa.

5. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. For example, financial records are kept for five years.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption, access controls and two-step logins.

7. Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, and opt out of marketing at any time. Email sales@all-telecoms.co.za. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): www.inforegulator.org.za.

8. Data deletion

To ask us to delete your personal information (including information we received through Facebook, Instagram or X), email sales@all-telecoms.co.za with "Delete my data" in the subject. We will confirm once it is done, unless the law requires us to keep it.

9. Cookies and the Meta pixel

Our website asks before it uses any advertising cookies. If you click "Accept", the website loads the Meta pixel (from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta that a browser visited our pages or clicked "Sign up", so that we can see which of our ads work and show our ads again to people who visited this site. Meta may combine this with what it already knows about you under its own privacy policy. If you click "No thanks", the pixel is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of our home page. Our website also remembers your choice in your browser.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
